Medway Care Services is your local health and social care agency offering Nurse Agency, Care at Home, and Housing Support services across Edinburgh, the Lothians and surrounding areas.

Our Service Manager is a highly experienced nurse, who takes great care in recruiting motivated, experienced healthcare professionals, and managing your care package to ensure your services are always delivered to a high standard.

Our staff undergo regular performance evaluations and supervisions and are offered ongoing training opportunities to expand the support we can provide for you.

    Please let us know if your enquiry is urgent, and we will aim to match you with staff with the training and qualifications you need within the hour.

  • If you have not been satisfied by our staff or service in general, we have a complaints procedure in place where you can report your issue. All complaints are fully investigated and reported to the appropriate bodies where necessary.
