Medway Housing Support Services works in partnership with housing companies to assist people who require assistance to safely and securely live in their own home.

Whether you are a tenant of a housing association or share a home with someone with a physical or learning disability, our experienced colleagues can provide a wide range of social care services. 

Our care services are based on compassion and respect, helping those who need support to live a healthy, happy, and social life.

We provide a wide range of housing support services that are designed to assist with planning and participating in daily living and activities. We can also provide 24-hour live-in care from qualified nurses or carers.

We work closely with the people we support and their wider approach network and take an open and transparent approach to create a bespoke care package that suits each person’s needs.

Our Registered Manager is a highly experienced nurse, and along with our hands-on Team Leaders, is always on hand to ensure your care package is delivered and reviewed regularly as your needs change over time.  

The services we can provide include:

  • Picking up and taking to day services, college, or school 

  • Support accessing health services

  • Support in managing finances, such as paying bills or rent 

  • Support in completing Tenancy Agreements

  • Support in making choices about your enablement and recovery
